Hospice Partners of Southern California is honored to provide bereavement support groups open to family and friends who have had loved ones on our service and to the general community. It is our intention to offer a supportive environment where all are free to share their unique experiences.

This group is intended for adults who have experienced all types of loss, and is designed to meet the individuals where he or she is in the healing process. The group is facilitated by a hospice bereavement professional. Further resources will be provided at the meetings.

The bereavement group meets every Tuesday and is ongoing. Sessions will begin promptly at 6:15 pm and end promptly at 7:45 pm. Out of respect for others, and to gain full benefit of the group experience, we ask that you arrive on time. There is no charge for the bereavement group.
